MISSION STATEMENT
At Scion of Olympia, we have a customer based sales and service process. Consideration and attention to our customers needs and wants is our primary concern. By exceeding our customers expectations in sales, service, customer relations and vehicle customization we will create satisfied customers who will want to do business with us. These customers will also feel comfortable referring their friends and family to our dealership.
We will provide a friendly, casual, hassle free, full disclosure sales process to allow our customers to be fully informed about their vehicle and vehicle transaction. The customer will dictate the speed at which we conclude a transaction, not us.
Our prices are clearly marked on both the vehicles at our dealership and our website (www.scionofolympia.com). By clearly stating our low, no-hassle prices for vehicles and accessories, as well as clearly posted financing rates, we have eliminated many of the traditional dealership sales approaches in hopes of streamlining the consumers decision process and to facilitate a smooth, quick purchase of their Scion. Our state of the art Website allows us to process our customers vehicle order directly from the internet.
Our customer driven process will enable us to focus on the individual consumer and to work with them to build the Scion that express the unique qualities of each individual Scion owner.
As professionals we must be Scion Certified, have unparalleled product knowledge, and be able to interact with a diverse customer base. Continual training in customer relations is a must. We must constantly challenge ourselves and our processes to ensure we are providing the consumer with the greatest purchase experience of their life.
Many of our customers may be first time vehicle buyers. They may be uncomfortable with committing to such a major purchase and it is our responsibility to walk them through the purchase and financing process. We have a great relationship with Toyota Financial Services and TFS will help to ensure a great financing package for the customer.
A proper introduction to our Award winning parts and service departments is a must. This introduction will enable to the customer to be at ease when they visit our service department for their service visits. We offer on-line service appointments, on-line parts ordering, convenient hours of operation (M-F 7-5:30, Express Lube Service Sat 8-4:30). We also offer a free car wash with every service, as well as a free shuttle service.
Initial Greeting- We will greet the customer in a warm, professional manner. Offer a business card and inquire if you may assist them today. Remember, without a customer we do not have a job/income/future.
Vehicles- Discuss the Scion product and what separates it from the crowd. Be knowledgeable of the vehicles and accessories. Discuss the Scion "Pure Price" philosophy. Be informed about Scion?s warranty.
Trade in- Vehicle trade-ins and appraisals are handled exactly the same as any other customer.
Financing- As with our vehicles, our finance rates are clearly posted. Full disclosure of all finance products is mandatory.
Delivery- each vehicle is to be filled with gas, washed and to contain all promised items (mats, tints, etc Thank them for their business.
Follow up- Phone every customer (and UP) the next day. Inquire if they have any additional questions or problems you can resolve.
